Bishops, priests, and deacons serve the Church in different ways. Design trading cards to explain the different roles and responsibilities in the Church of a bishop, a priest, and a deacon. Distribute the activity sheets. Invite a volunteer to read the directions aloud. Remind the students the use their We Believe text to gather information for their trading cards. Encourage the students to be creative! Provide markers, crayons, colored pencils, glue, glitter, and so on, to design the trading cards. If possible, have the students use pieces of cardboard or sheets of oak tag paper that can be glued to the trading cards. Allow time for the student to complete the trading cards and share them with others.

Directions- Print out Directions, cut it out, and glue on front of file folder.

Game Board- Print out Game Board, trim, and glue on the inside of the file folder. Make sure the directions are on the front of the file folder. Laminate or cover file folder with clear contact paper to make it last.



Question Cards- Print out Question Cards on card stock. Cut out Question Cards. Laminate or cover with clear contact paper to make them last. (Use only the cards that reflect your student’s abilities.)

Directions- Print out Directions, cut it out, and glue on front of file folder.
